Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of QuietPerch. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use QuietPerch. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

The service

QuietPerch connects to your Gmail (read-only) to help you understand and prioritize your email using AI — categorizing messages, summarizing threads, tracking follow-ups, and surfacing what needs your attention. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google account you connect and for all activity under your QuietPerch account. Keep your credentials secure and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, using it to violate the law or others' rights, or accessing accounts or data that aren't yours.

Plans, trials, and billing

• QuietPerch offers a free plan and paid subscription plans.
• Paid plans may include a free trial. When a trial ends, your subscription automatically continues at the then-current price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. The free plan and trial are there to let you evaluate the service before you're charged.

Third-party services

QuietPerch relies on third-party services (including Google and our AI, hosting, database, and payment providers) to function. Your use of those services through QuietPerch is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Intellectual property

QuietPerch and its software, design, and content are owned by us and protected by law. You retain all rights to your own data. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

QuietPerch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. AI-generated summaries, categories, and suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete — use your own judgment and don't rely on them as your sole source for important decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuietPerch and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using QuietPerch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
